Do you offer International shipping?
Yes, both my originals and prints can be shipped anywhere in the world.
How much will shipping cost?
I offer a few flat shipping rates (based on order/package size) for both US based and International buyers, as well as standard rates from various shipping providers. The flat rates I set up are generally lower than the other options.
You'll be able to see the exact shipping options available to you during checkout.
What's your return policy?
Unframed prints can be returned within 14 days of delivery (15% restocking fee applies; buyer pays return shipping).
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email me with photos of the damage within 14 days of delivery (or from the expected delivery date) at info@edpulella.art so I can issue a refund or replacement.
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase.

Can I order custom sized prints?
In most cases, yes. Just send me a message including the title of the print + the size you're interested in and I will let you know if it's possible and what the price would be. Then I can create a private listing page for you to purchase it. There's no extra charge for this. You can also request a print with an added white border.
